Getting closer!

Okay! I can't believe I'm going to put this out there. Chris had informed me that an athlete could be tracked in our 1/2 Ironman. So you will be able to see where we are on the course and what our times are. I just looked and ours isn't listed as one that will have this feature. However, they may add it to the list closer to the day. We got to watch our friend David (his blog is listed under my links) come across the finish line at the Ironman Louisville last year via the web. It was really cool! Not quite like being there and cheering for him, but it was still exciting! So I may regret this but here is the website: http://www.ironman.com/ When you get to the homepage go to EVENTS. Click on Ironman 70.3 Series. Click on Ironman 70.3 Kansas. Scroll down until you see Spectators in the lower left corner. Click on Athlete Tracking. So if you want to see how we're doing (or maybe not doing) just follow those easy steps. You can also read about it in our blogs if they don't end up giving you the option of using that feature.

Hey ... glad to see you have been over-powered by "The Force" ...

Now I have got to get my blogging back in gear ... been static for a couple of months ... but I have posted about 800 photos this year (still got to get my LR Super Sprint TRI photos posted which will push me close to 1000 photos posted for the year) ... on my photo site ... kinda like a photo log ... which I have dubbed a "phlog" ...

Blog on "My Wayward Sister" (a litte KANSAS rock group phrase) ...
