Rough Spots

Good morning! I promise I will be back soon. I've been recovering from the 1/2 marathon and trying to continue to stick to my training plan. Oh then there's that work thing! Just trying to get my bearings about me in a chaotic schedule where if I get ANY downtime I just want to sleep, but can't because I've got monkey mind about what I need to do's all just a vicious cycle. Be back later! Hopefully with more upbeatness!
